Strawberry Granola

With peanut butter, dried cranberries and walnut crumbsIt has a dense and creamy taste, slightly sweet due to peanut butter.

With fresh strawberries, basil, berry dressing and hazelnut crumbs. A lighter version, very fresh and also vegan.

Vegetarian salad with fresh strawberries, arugula, and baby spinach. We also added a mix of nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, sunflower seeds), whipped feta, berry sauce (from strawberries and lemon juice) and a balsamic. For hot days or light dinner.

Soft sand base with air mousse with mango and fresh strawberries with white chocolate. Light texture and not too sweet - mint and berry gives freshness and lovely decoration for the Tart. The perfect dessert for hot summer days.
