EXCHANGE AND RETURN

The return and exchange of the goods is provided within 14 calendar days from the date of sale, in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, if the integrity of packaging and originality of the product is maintained. Used and on sale pairs are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE METHODS

Personally to the store. Refund is made immediately when the pair is returned. The exchange is provided immediately in case of availability of the required ordering, if no - the buyer will receive a full refund.
Courier or post delivery on the buyer expense. Please complete the specified form before the return or exchange, our operator will contact you and send all the needed data. The refund is made within 2 weeks after the goods are delivered. In case of exchange, delivery of a new product is provided on a general basis after the return of the previous order

HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS

Take measurements on both legs
Step on a piece of paper barefoot, outline your foot with a pencil. Note that the pencil should be exactly perpendicular to the sheet of paper. Do not angle it.
Point the two extreme points of the feet: the thumb and the middle of the heel.
Measure the scope of the toes. Put the tape-line around the widest part of the toes, commonly around the bones near the basis of the toes.
Measure the instep scope by putting the tape-line exactly around the ankle.
Measure the oblique instep scope. Put the tape-line around the sole side of the heel then slide it around the basis of the ankle. Note down the measurements.
Measure the foot length: draw a straight line between the extreme points and note down the length.
If you take measurements for boots, you need to measure the shank scope also.
The first measurement is ankle scope (at a height of 10-12 cm). Then every 5 cm and up to the widest part of the leg.
Note down the height of the widest part of the leg.
Measure the height of the heelpiece (see Figure)
