If you have ordered a product for delivery with Nova Poshta but it doesn't meet your expectations, you can easily request a return using the Nova Poshta application.

First, you need to inform our manager about the return of the product. Within 14 days of receiving the package, you can return the item free of charge using the "Easy Return" service.

Before returning the item, please ensure that it is in its original condition, packaged in the original packaging, and accompanied by the purchase receipt and warranty card.

To use the "Easy Return" service, you need to:

1. Log in to the Nova Poshta mobile application or business account.
2. Open "My Shipments" and select the received package that you want to return.
3. In the "Manage Shipment" section, choose "Easy Return."
4. Specify the reason for returning the item from the provided list.
5. Create a new electronic waybill and send the item back to the recipient via a parcel locker, branch office, or to the given address.

Please note that the "Easy Return" service may be unavailable if:

- Redirection or return was activated for the waybill.
- You manually placed the shipment in the "Archive."
- More than 14 days have passed since the receipt of the package.

GUARANTEE TERMS

Our products are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase with a limited warranty (proof of purchase required). Under this warranty, if our products are defective in materials or craft, we will repair the product for free. We fix and service only our production.

REFUND AND EXCHANGE

If your purchase is not quite what you\'re looking for, you've got 14 days (according to Ukrainian legislation) from a moment of purchase to return or exchange your item. Please notice it is possible while maintaining the integrity of the packaging and the originality of the product. Items from sale and used products are not subject of exchange and refund!

HOW TO REFUND AND EXCHANGE

- To send items to the store by courier or postal service at your expense

- In the case of the exchange, we will send new product only after receiving the previous item

(* Money for the returned items can proceed within 14 days after their receiving).

Instructions for returning goods that were purchased through the online store

1. Fill out the application and return certificate contained in the product box.

2. Take a photo of the completed application and return statement and send it to the manager for processing online orders.

3. The manager will confirm the refund or, if necessary, ask to make changes to the statements and the act.

4. After the manager has confirmed the return, put in the box:

- goods;

- receipt, confirmation of purchase and payment;

- completed application and return certificate.

5. Pack all of the above and send to the store address. After we receive the parcel, the return will be made within 5 working days.

HOW TO TAKE MEASUREMENTS CORRECTLY?

- Measure both of your legs.

- Place your foot on a piece of paper and circle it with a pencil. ATTENTION! Trace the outline of your foot holding pencil upright and perpendicular to the paper. Don\'t keep it at an angle.

- Use your pencil to mark the widest parts of your feet and the longest parts of your feet from the tip of your longest toe to your heel.

- Then measure the circumference of the foot around the ball - between the most salient bones of inner and outer foot arches.

- You should also measure a straight foot instep girth –the narrowest part of a foot instep, approximately in the middle of it. At this time a centimeter should tightly wrap your foot.

- Measure the heel diagonal. Place a centimeter underneath the heel, then swipe centimeter around the beginning of the ankle. Fix and save volumes.

- Measure the length of the trace: draw an equal line between the extreme points and fix this length.

- If you take measures for boots, you need to measure your calf around its widest point.

- First, the volume of the ankle (at the height of 10-12 cm).

- Then every 5 cm - to the widest part of the calf.

- Fix the circumference of the widest part of the calf and determine the height at which it is.

Gift Card

1. You can purchase gift card at our stores or on kachorovska.com.

2. Validity period of the gift card - 24 months from the date of purchase.

3. The card can be used to purchase products at Kachorovska stores or at kachorovska.com.

4. If the total amount of selected items exceeds the amount on the card, the owner have to pay the difference. The remaining balance on the card is non-refundable (but can be used for future purchases).

5. You can use multiple gift cards for one purchase.

6. Discounts from loyalty cards do not apply to the purchase of gift card.

7. Gift card cannot be returned, exchanged, or converted into cash.


General Tips

Before using new shoes, we recommend protecting them from external factors such as sunlight, dirt, and moisture using specialized products. For smooth leather, use a transparent shoe cream or wax. For suede, split leather, or velour, apply a water- and dirt-repellent spray.

Never wash formal shoes or items made from natural materials. This damages the leather, causing fading, shrinkage, and deformation. Always choose professional and eco-friendly products for shoe care. Before using any cleaning or care products, read the instructions carefully and test the product on an inconspicuous area of the shoe.

Dry shoes after rain or cleaning at room temperature in a well-ventilated area, avoiding heating devices or direct sunlight.

To maintain the shape of your shoes during off-season storage, use special wooden or plastic shoe shapers or stuff them with white paper towels.


Natural Velour / Split Leather / Nubuck

Take care of velour shoes before first use by applying a water- and dirt-repellent spray for suede.
To maintain the condition of suede, velour, or nubuck shoes, regularly clean the dried surface with a dry, medium-bristle brush to remove dirt. Avoid cleaning when wet, as it can worsen the condition and embed dirt further.

Cleaning Suede Shoes at Home Using Foam Cleaner:

• Use professional and tested products designed for suede and velour.
• Only clean suede/velour with a brush; avoid cloths or sponges, as they can have negative effects.
• Clean the entire surface evenly with the product and a brush, moving both with and against the grain (not in circular motions).
• If excess foam remains, blot gently with microfiber or a tissue (do not rub).
• Dry shoes with shoe shapers inside at room temperature, away from heaters or radiators, as velour may harden or crack from overdrying.
• Once dry, raise the nap with a dry, medium-bristle brush or a special rubber brush.

For tough stains on velour, such as food or cosmetic stains, consult a professional dry cleaner immediately.Before storing shoes between seasons, have them cleaned professionally to remove dirt, maintain shape, moisturize the nap, and restore color.


Satin (Textile)

To maintain satin shoes, regularly clean the dried surface with a soft, natural-bristle brush to remove dirt.

For wet cleaning, use a specialized foam cleaner. Important: avoid over-wetting satin, rubbing with wet alcohol wipes, cloths, or stiff brushes. Do not use dirty brushes or colored cloths to prevent stains.If the satin is light-colored with a dark lining, avoid cleaning at home to prevent dye transfer.

How to Clean Satin Shoes at Home:

• Always start by cleaning the sole to avoid transferring dirt to the upper.
• Gently remove surface dust with a soft brush.
• Use professional and tested shoe cleaning products.
• Clean the entire textile surface evenly to avoid streaks.
• Dry at room temperature, away from heaters or radiators.


Long-Pile Natural Fur

Regularly clean dried fur shoes with a medium-bristle brush to remove dirt. Avoid cleaning when wet, as it embeds dirt further!

Natural fur does not tolerate prolonged contact with water. Avoid wearing fur shoes in rain or snow. If the fur gets wet, allow it to dry at room temperature, then style it using a low-heat hair dryer and a comb.

We do not recommend wet cleaning fur at home. Consult a professional dry cleaner if necessary.



Patent Leather

Patent leather requires delicate care. Do not clean with brushes or wet wipes.After use, clean the surface gently with a slightly damp, soft cloth, then dry carefully. Apply a special patent leather product and polish with a flannel cloth for shine.

Avoid wearing patent leather shoes in temperatures below 0°C, as the coating may freeze and crack. Store patent leather shoes at moderate humidity to prevent drying out.

Smooth Leather

Maintain smooth leather shoes by regularly cleaning dried surfaces with a soft, natural-bristle brush or a clean cotton cloth.

For dirt or water stains, wipe with a cloth dampened in clean water. Avoid alcohol wipes or household sponges, as they can leave marks or strip the color.

Regularly treat leather with a neutral cream. Apply a small amount of cream with a cotton cloth or sponge, rubbing in circular motions until fully absorbed.


Soles


Thermorubber Soles

Remove dirt with a synthetic-bristle brush and soapy water or a shoe foam cleaner. For scuffs, use an eraser or a microfiber cloth dampened with soapy water.


Leather Soles

Leather soles are sensitive to moisture, which can damage them or cause dye transfer. Clean dirt with a dry brush or sponge. Protect leather soles with preventive rubber overlays for durability.


Tunit Soles

Tunit soles are durable and wear-resistant. Clean with either a dry or damp brush, cloth, or wipe.


Rubber Soles

Remove dirt using a synthetic-bristle brush and soapy water or shoe foam cleaner. Avoid drying shoes on heaters, as rubber may melt or deform.


Bag Care

ДTo maintain the appearance of bags, avoid contact with oil- or alcohol-based liquids such as cosmetics, perfumes, sanitizers, or wet wipes.

Clean leather bags of dust and dirt, moisturizing them with a neutral cream as needed. Use only professional care products that are alcohol-free, following the application instructions.

Avoid prolonged exposure of leather or suede bags to water. During summer, do not leave bags in direct sunlight, as it may cause fading. For suede bags, clean gently using a dry suede brush only.

Store bags in a cool, dark cabinet, filled with clean paper or natural fabric to prevent deformation.
