The Shoelovers Loyalty Program is a multi-tiered loyalty program designed for true shopping enthusiasts. Our program allows you to receive fixed discounts and exclusive offers based on the amount of your purchases, creating an ideal environment for those who appreciate a smart approach to shopping.
Upon registering on the website, you will automatically start at the Start level. Your subsequent purchases will influence your level within our loyalty program. Please note that your level is automatically updated 14 days after each purchase.
All information about available and active discounts is displayed in your personal account. Discounts can be used anytime but may have date restrictions or be tied to special promotions. For precise details, please check your personal account. Discounts can be used across the entire brand network, both online and offline. In offline stores, you simply need to provide your phone number at checkout. Please do not share this information with third parties.
In your personal account, you can view your total purchase amount and the remaining amount needed to reach the desired accumulation level.
To advance to the next level, you need to reach a specific purchase amount. After reaching this threshold, your status will be updated within 14 days. Please note that purchases made with certificates are not included in the total purchase amount.
The calculation in the loyalty system depends on your selected region and currency. You can change these settings in the upper menu of the website by clicking on the planet icon or in your personal account.
If you made purchases before the loyalty program was implemented, the data on your total purchase amount and your level in the loyalty system will be automatically displayed in your personal account after logging into our website. Please log in to your account to check the current information. If you have any questions or need assistance, our support team is always here to help.

The value of the certificate is not included in the total amount of your purchases. However, if the cost of the item exceeds the value of the certificate, only the difference between the cost of the item and the value of the certificate will be added to the total amount of your purchases.
