How to determine the length of the foot
1. Place the leg flat on a piece of paper. Hold the pencil perpendicular to the floor surface and circle the foot. Mark the center point of the heel and the point in front of the big toe.
2. Connect these two points and measure the length between them.

How to determine the fullness of the foot
Put the measuring tape under the foot and place it on the points of the bundles - the two widest points of the foot. Usually these points are located diagonally. Measure the volume.
